“How do I stay positive throughout the day?” is one of the most frequent questions I get. So today I will reveal you how by doing just these 5 amazingly small things you can be more positive, avoid negative thoughts, become more aligned to universe & your goals and can live an abundant life.
1. Water – Sip (not drink) as much as water you can. Whenever you are having a negative thought or overthinking just take 2-5 small sips of water. Always keep a water bottle with you.
2. Count your blessing – While sometimes our amazing brain gets stuck on a thought and starts to overthink, leading to negative thought if you feel the same just close your eye for 25 secs and think of just one of your blessing and be grateful about it as much as you can. Even when you are not overthinking do this to manifest your dreams faster. Feel the gratitude.
3. Savour the delicious food – whenever you are eating something be either breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack, just before taking the bite just say thank you for the food in your life that keeps full of energy, healthy, warm and fit. Also, chew the food slowly and savour it.
4. Take a Slow walk with yourself – Everyday take a very slow walk with yourself as you don’t wanna miss a chance to speak to an awesome person. Prefer a peaceful place like a park or a garden in the early morning. As you walk start by appreciating the beautiful nature and life. Then arrange your thoughts and as you walk visualise your goals. This is one of the first things I do in the morning.
5. Be thankful for money – Throughout the day whenever you get a bill/receipt just write “Thank You” on it, close your eyes and be grateful to the money you have because of which you are able to buy this item. This will help you to attract more money.
