Do you get these thoughts or something similar to them that means you over think? Sometimes we end up destroying good things in our lives by overthinking, wasting our emotions on things that will never happen in reality. So today I will give you a quick tip to stop overthinking in an instant:
As soon as your brain starts to overthink, just do a reverse counting from 5 to 1. Don’t believe me? Just try it. 😃
Bonus tip: After some time your brain will get habitual of 5 to 1 count, then just start reverse counting from 10 to 1 and so on.
